DEAN Adventure Camps is hiring a full-time, seasonal MD Summer Camp Director to lead an inclusive summer program for Sidwell Friends Lower School. The role oversees daily camp operations, supervises and mentors 10–15 onsite team members, manages scheduling and supplies, handles camper safety and parent communication, and supports classroom instruction. It requires at least three years of camp or recreation director experience, two years of teaching experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, First Aid and CPR certification, and full on-site availability Monday through Friday from June 14 to August 14. The position pays $1,150–$1,250 per week and includes paid training, background-check reimbursement, and employee discounts.
