Description
Empower is hiring an MDM Developer for its Canada Life Data team to design, develop, and maintain master data management solutions that improve consistency, accuracy, and governance across systems. The role involves building MDM data models, match/merge rules, workflows, and integrations with source/target applications using ETL, APIs, or messaging frameworks, while ensuring data quality, metadata documentation, troubleshooting, and support for data governance initiatives. The position requires at least 3 years of MDM development experience, proficiency with tools such as Informatica MDM, IBM Infosphere, Reltio, or Talend, and strong skills in SQL, PL/SQL, scripting, data modeling, integration, and quality concepts.
