Dayforce is hiring an MDM Engineering Manager to own the roadmap, engineering delivery, operational health, and continuous improvement of its enterprise Master Data Management platform. The role leads implementation of MDM capabilities, APIs, integrations, workflows, releases, production support, and AI-enabled improvements while managing and developing a geographically distributed engineering team. Candidates need substantial enterprise MDM experience, hands-on Informatica IDMC or a comparable platform, integration and SQL expertise, Agile delivery experience, production operations knowledge, and strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
