Varonis is hiring an MDR Security Engineer in Krakow, Poland to own, scale, and operate production-grade SOAR and security automation systems for its 24/7/365 managed detection and response operations. The role covers SOAR playbooks, workflows, integrations, alert triage, enrichment, investigation, response, monitoring, metrics, reliability, dashboards, and continuous optimization across a high-volume SOC/MDR environment. Candidates need at least 4 years of security operations, MDR, incident response, or security engineering experience, including 2–3 years with SOAR and security automation, plus strong scripting, API integration, CI/CD, version control, and enterprise security technology experience.
