Description
The Grand Healthcare is hiring a full-time MDS Assessor to support skilled nursing residents by completing timely and accurate assessments, helping identify resident needs, communicating care expectations to families, and implementing and monitoring interdisciplinary care plans. The role requires a current New York Registered Nurse license, knowledge of CMI optimization, and familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare. Nursing home experience is preferred. Compensation is $90,000–$100,000 per year, with weekly pay, health insurance, retirement matching, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, training, and employee discounts.
