Edgehill is hiring a full-time MDS Assistant LPN/RN to support the Skilled Nursing team in Stamford, Connecticut. The role assists with the CMS Resident Assessment Instrument, care planning, Medicare and Medicaid eligibility, resident reassessments, RAI data transmission, billing accuracy, interdisciplinary care planning, documentation audits, and resident education. Candidates must hold a registered nursing or LPN license in good standing, have experience with the CMS Resident Assessment Instrument process, and know OBRA, federal, and state regulations; two years of supervisory experience in long-term care is preferred.
