Description
The Boulevard Post Acute, supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services, is hiring a full-time on-site MDS Coordinator to ensure accurate, compliant completion of Minimum Data Set assessments in a long-term care setting. The role focuses on MDS/RAI documentation, data validation, reporting, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with clinical teams to support resident care planning and reimbursement. Candidates must have an RN, BSN, or LPN from an accredited nursing school, an active RN or LPN license, at least three years of clinical experience in long-term care, and prior MDS/RAI experience.
