Description
The Suites Pasadena is hiring a full-time MDS Coordinator to oversee and facilitate resident assessments in a skilled nursing facility, develop individualized care plans, coordinate with nursing, physical therapy, nutrition, and other clinical teams, and ensure compliance with federal, state, Medicare, and ethical requirements. The role requires an RN or LVN license, experience in a skilled nursing facility, and the ability to pass a background check; one year of MDS Coordinator experience is preferred. The position is in person in Pasadena, Texas.
