Description
The MDS Coordinator is responsible for accurate and timely Medicare/Medicaid case-mix and care-plan documentation, MDS assessments, care planning, care conferences, interdisciplinary coordination, and oversight of the restorative nursing program. The role requires long-term care experience and, preferably, current unencumbered registered or licensed practical nurse licensure; restorative certification must be obtained within six months if not already held.
