Description
Avante at Orlando Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is hiring a part-time MDS Coordinator to oversee and coordinate resident Minimum Data Set assessments and care planning, submit assessments to the State Repository, update care plans, monitor quality measures, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and participate in regulatory surveys. The role requires an active, unencumbered licensed nurse (LPN/RN) in the state, a nursing degree or diploma, and preferably at least two years of experience in a hospital, skilled nursing, or healthcare facility.
