The employer is hiring a part-time MDS Coordinator, also described as an MDS Nurse, for 16 hours per week. The role assesses and monitors patients, collects and organizes patient data, communicates with healthcare teams, supports patient care and facility operations, and provides coverage for other nurses. Candidates must be Registered Nurses with current CPR certification; MDS experience in long-term care, Point Click Care knowledge, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and the ability to process high volumes of data are preferred or required.
