Maggie Valley Health & Rehabilitation Center in Maggie Valley, North Carolina is hiring a MDS Coordinator to ensure accurate MDS assessments, coordinate care plans, and work with interdisciplinary staff, physicians, and families to support patient care and Medicare/Medicaid compliance. The role requires an active North Carolina RN license, preferred MDS experience in skilled nursing or long-term care, and strong computer, communication, organization, and teamwork skills. The position is salaried/exempt, offers hourly-equivalent pay of $39 to $45 per hour, full-time benefits including health coverage and PTO, and a retention bonus for eligible full-time hires.
