Description
Park Crescent Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is hiring a full-time MDS Coordinator to schedule and maintain accurate MDS records using Point Click Care, ensure compliance with state and federal requirements, transmit MDS data electronically, manage utilization review meetings, support care plans, monitor staff and quality reports, and update ICD-10 codes. The role requires a current New Jersey RN license in good standing, familiarity with Point Click Care, and 1–2 years of recent MDS experience is preferred; training may be provided. Compensation is $90,000–$105,000 annually, with medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and direct deposit benefits.
