The role supervises subordinate MDS coordinators and oversees the accuracy, completeness, and timely completion of MDS assessments, resident care plans, conferences, and medical records for Medicare and long-term-care residents. Responsibilities include coordinating electronic MDS submissions, auditing charts, supporting the restorative program, communicating with physicians and families, and ensuring compliance with HFCA and Texas regulations.
