MDS Coordinator LPN at Care One

CareOne at Evesham is hiring an MDS/Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator in Westwood, New Jersey, to direct and complete Minimum Data Set and Care Assessment Assessment activities, develop individualized resident care plans, participate in care plan meetings, and support nursing-assigned assessments. The role requires a current unrestricted RN or LPN license, healthcare facility experience, knowledge of long-term care regulations, MDS and care-plan experience, computer skills, and the ability to work independently and meet month-end close schedules. The salary range is $44.00 to $45.00 per hour.
