Ingleside at Rock Creek is hiring an On Call MDS Coordinator (MDS certified) to maintain CMS and Medicare PDPM guidelines, complete and track Minimum Data Set assessments, coordinate billable MDS with billing, gather resident records, develop individualized care plans, and lead assigned assessment and care-plan positions. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Nursing, 1–3 years of long-term care MDS coordination and care planning experience, a valid Registered Nurse license, and Resident Assessment Coordinator certification within one year of hire; the starting wage is $45.00 per hour.
