Care Initiatives is hiring an MDS Coordinator (RN) for West Ridge Specialty Care, a 78-bed long-term care skilled nursing community in Knoxville, Iowa. The role coordinates accurate and timely Minimum Data Set assessments, develops and updates individualized care plans, ensures compliance with CMS, state, and federal regulations, validates clinical documentation, analyzes resident data, supports audits and survey readiness, and serves as a resource to nursing and clinical staff. The position requires a valid Iowa RN license, current CPR certification, knowledge of long-term care regulations, and strong communication and empathy.
