FullShift Staffing is hiring an MDS Coordinator - RN for a permanent direct-hire or contract assignment in a skilled nursing facility. The role coordinates the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process from admission through discharge, completes MDS assessments, coding, and documentation, supports care planning and interdisciplinary meetings, maintains resident information in MDS software, and ensures compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations. The position requires an accredited RN degree, a current nursing license, and at least two years of skilled nursing experience; MDS 3.0, RAI, Medicare PPS, Medicaid reimbursement, Case Mix, OBRA, quality measures, and BLS/CPR certification are also mentioned.
