Description
The MDS Registered Nurse Coordinator conducts patient assessments, determines health status and care needs, ensures accurate and timely completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument and Minimum Data Set, coordinates interdisciplinary input into resident care plans, and supports programs that improve care quality and facility reimbursement. The full-time role is on-site and requires an active New Jersey RN license, MDS Coordinator and MDS completion experience, and knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations and benefit guidelines.
