MDS Specialist RN at Care One

The MDS/Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator will direct and complete resident assessment activities, including Minimum Data Set (MDS) and CAA completion, individualized care plans, care-plan meetings, and nursing-assigned assessments. The role requires RN licensure, PPS and OBRA assessment experience, healthcare facility experience, MDS and care-plan experience, knowledge of long-term care regulations, computer skills, independent work ability, and flexibility for month-end close.
