Description
The MEMS sensor final testing platform planner is responsible for semiconductor final-test platform capacity planning, investment planning, KPI achievement, ramp-up management in new-product introduction, delivery fulfillment, WIP and throughput-time reduction, technical RPP coordination, ECR implementation, routing, control plans, FMEA, process flow, and product EOP/EOL follow-up. The role requires an Electrical and Communication Engineering or Microelectronics bachelor's degree, 2–5+ years of semiconductor testing or process experience, familiarity with semiconductor final testing, product-manufacturing planning experience, strong communication skills, and fluent English.
