Description
The Industrial Engineer will own the setup, introduction, and industrialization of new processes, standardize and improve AGV and SRM flows, define cycle times, analyze line balance and bottlenecks, improve material and information flow, support layout and material-flow planning, review ECR/TRB and PFMEA, optimize ergonomics and standard times, and support BPS standard work guidelines. The role requires an industrial engineering bachelor's degree or a mechanical and electronic engineering degree or above, 3–5 years of experience, familiarity with typical industrial engineering tools, good communication skills, and fluent oral and written English.
