Applied Materials is hiring a full-time Mechanical Engineer in Gloucester, Massachusetts, to troubleshoot mechanical problems, design and modify layouts, schematics, and specifications, develop custom tooling and fixturing, coordinate procurement and assembly, and lead engineering projects. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 4–7 years of experience, along with CAD, thermodynamics, sheet metal design, material selection, manufacturing methods, GD&T, flow analysis, and/or Design for Excellence knowledge. The salary range is $108,000 to $148,500, with relocation eligibility and potential bonus and stock award compensation.
