Description
The Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams delivering complex business projects across categories such as Gum, Fruity Confection, Petcare, and Food. The role manages project objectives, timelines, risks, stakeholder communication, QuEST Stage Gate processes, PPM tool submissions, activity pipelines, and continuous process improvement. It requires 3–5 years of experience, a bachelor’s or master’s degree, and knowledge of multiple business functions, new product development, go-to-market commercialization, and supply chain processes.
