Description
The employer is hiring an independent 1099 contractor Flooring Estimator / Measure Technician for a field-based, non-remote role. The contractor will visit customers’ homes to measure flooring installation areas, collect measurements and project details, provide customer service, and communicate with customers and team members. The role includes company tablet and software training, two weeks of paid training, weekly pay, and payment per completed measure. Applicants need attention to detail, basic math and measurement skills, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, proof of personal auto insurance, smartphone and basic tablet or computer skills, and availability on Saturdays; construction experience is preferred and flooring knowledge is a plus.
