Description
The Measurement Technology Team Lead will provide technical leadership for the Measurement Technology team at the Kiel site, including resource and capacity planning, coordination with test management, prototype construction, and systems engineering, preparation of effort estimates, and delivery of high-quality measurement tasks. The role also owns process development, measurement-point planning, data management, calibration cycles, cross-functional representation, team alignment, infrastructure development, and employee promotion. Candidates need a degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable technical qualification, several years of measurement-technology experience, initial leadership experience, IPEmotion and DIAdem expertise, strong German and English skills, and willingness for occasional business travel.
