Description
The Machine Operator will set up and operate machines producing minced meat and meat preparations in a controlled food-production environment. The role involves checking product finishing against recipes, working independently after training, monitoring production for deviations, and maintaining quality and hygiene standards. It is a technical and physically demanding position under fixed schedules and experienced-team supervision, with a permanent position available after an interim period.
