Description
The employer is hiring a full-time production worker for a meat-processing department in the Mechelen region, where the role involves producing cooked hams, filling and emptying production molds, cleaning molds according to hygiene regulations, monitoring production quality, following HACCP guidelines, and maintaining a clean workstation. The position requires production experience, strong Dutch, the ability to regularly move approximately 30 kg, and comfort working in a chilled environment; food-processing experience and supervisory experience are assets. It is a daytime fixed early shift from Monday to Friday, with no weekend work, and offers a prospect of a permanent contract.
