Description
The Industrial Maintenance Technician observes, diagnoses, repairs, and maintains mechanical devices and industrial equipment. Responsibilities include dismantling and replacing defective parts, adjusting controls, installing functional parts, lubricating and cleaning equipment, testing performance, operating metalworking tools, and maintaining a safe, clean work area. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, computer literacy with a CMMS, industrial mechanical knowledge, diagnostic ability, shop equipment knowledge, and TIG or stick welding experience; industrial maintenance experience is preferred. The stated hourly pay is $31.05 to $32.45, with possible step increases through Boar’s Head training programs.
