Randstad Construct Antwerpen is hiring a hybrid Field Service Technician to perform preventive maintenance, mechanical repairs, diagnostics, equipment optimization, and lubrication on industrial drilling rigs. The role begins in the workshop in Dessel and, after onboarding, involves traveling to construction sites with an experienced mechanic. Candidates need a technical bachelor's or graduate degree or equivalent practical experience, a category B driver's license, their own transportation, fluent Dutch, and the ability to work under pressure.
