The client is hiring a Mechanic to perform final and subassembly of agricultural and special vehicles, conduct quality control and testing, help optimize production processes, maintain workplace cleanliness, and care for work equipment and tools. The role requires technical vocational training or practical assembly experience, manual dexterity, reliability, carefulness, teamwork, and willingness to work in 2- to 3-shift schedules. Compensation is performance-based under DGB/GVP collective bargaining agreements, with temporary employment, fringe benefits, training, and language courses.
