Description
The employer is hiring an assembly worker in Genk to assemble mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components into garbage trucks according to technical drawings and quality standards. The role includes following supervisor instructions, maintaining assembly and maintenance reports, using and maintaining tools, collaborating with engineering, and contributing to safety, health, and environmental improvements. Candidates should have an A2 diploma in (electro)mechanics or electricity or equivalent experience, Dutch communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. The position offers a gross hourly wage of €18, a commuting allowance, insurance after permanent employment, training, and a Monday–Thursday 08:00–16:30 schedule with Friday 08:00–14:30.
