Description
This role involves providing comprehensive mechanical maintenance support for manufacturing operations, encompassing troubleshooting, repairing, and upgrading equipment. Key responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance tasks, executing tight-tolerance machining, operating and servicing various machine shop equipment like saws, drills, mills, lathes, and CNC machines. The individual will also train junior mechanics, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure adherence to industry standards such as ISO and FDA regulations.
