Description

The Industrial Refrigeration Operator will operate, monitor, and maintain ammonia refrigeration systems, compressed air systems, steam systems, HVAC equipment, scrubbers, chillers, pumps, blowers, and related process equipment. The role includes system startups and shutdowns, water treatment, troubleshooting, repairs, scheduled equipment checks, and participation in the Hazmat Emergency Response Team and Process Safety Management program. Required qualifications include industrial refrigeration experience, refrigeration-cycle knowledge, component familiarity, water-testing and chemical-treatment knowledge, and the ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and wear respiratory or Level A protective equipment.
