WM is hiring a Diesel/CNG Mechanic to diagnose, repair, maintain, and test heavy-duty diesel and compressed natural gas vehicles and equipment in a repair and maintenance shop at its Woburn, Massachusetts hauling site. The role includes emergency breakdown repairs, service calls, documentation, parts requisitioning, safety compliance, and support for junior technicians. Candidates need at least two years of heavy-equipment or truck-mechanic experience, a valid driver's license, and must be at least 18 years old; ASE or automotive technology certifications are preferred. The position offers a starting hourly salary of $23.29 to $34.94, tool and boot allowances, healthcare coverage, retirement matching, and other benefits.
