Estes Express Lines is hiring an entry-level mechanic trainee to interpret work orders, assist with minor repairs, access parts and tools, and test repaired equipment under the guidance of experienced mechanics or shop management. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, age 17 or older, a valid driver’s license, an acceptable MVR, physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a high-volume, safety-sensitive environment.
