Description
Aerostar, a business unit of TCOM, is hiring a Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering Manager to lead the technical execution and strategic direction of mechanical and aerospace engineering efforts. The role manages multidisciplinary engineering resources, oversees system design, analysis, integration, testing, and sustainment, supports program execution through cost, schedule, technical, and risk oversight, and serves as a technical interface with customers and external partners. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience, typically 7+ years of aerospace, mechanical, or systems engineering experience, and prior technical leadership or engineering management experience. Strong onsite collaboration is preferred, with hybrid work considered; remote candidates are not prioritized.
