Description
SSC Space is hiring a permanent hybrid Mechanical AIT Engineer to combine mechanical design and mechanical AIT operations for satellite and payload integration. The role covers defining integration approaches, implementing procedures, integrating structures, flight units, and harnesses, installing sensors, managing MGSE, supporting environmental and launch campaigns, and maintaining AIT documentation. Candidates need a master’s degree or comparable qualification in aerospace, mechanical, or a related engineering discipline, at least three years of relevant AIT experience, clean-room and flight-hardware experience, and fluency in English.
