The role manages complex machine-building projects from design through delivery, translating sold projects into execution plans, coordinating with mechanical and electrical engineers and the workshop, instructing and monitoring technicians, and ensuring safe, efficient, cost-aware, and quality-compliant project delivery. The position requires knowledge of machine building, metal structures, electricity, and automation, technical-drawing and CAD/EPLAN skills, organizational ability, and experience managing technicians.
