The Chocolate Assembly Technician assembles complete chocolate machines according to technical plans, performs precise manual assembly, and installs chocolate production lines from start to finish. The role requires an interest in assembling machines and technology, with a technical background and metalworking or automotive-mechanics experience preferred. It involves day shifts with fixed hours and may require 1 to 2 international customer-installation trips per year.
