Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is hiring a Mechanical Assembler to wire, assemble, fit, mount, inspect, and test electrical control equipment, panelboards, and switchboards. The role uses hand and power tools, electrical drawings, schematics, and work instructions, and includes quality checks, material handling, shipping preparation, Lean improvement, and 5S maintenance. The position runs from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, pays $21–$23 per hour, and is eligible for a variable incentive program. Candidates need at least one year of assembly experience or a one-year technical school diploma, while a high school diploma or GED, CNC bus fabrication experience, wiring-diagram knowledge, and tooling experience are preferred. Relocation benefits are not offered, and immigration sponsorship is not supported.
