Description
The Mechanical Assembler will join the Rubidium Department and assemble, fit, align, and secure mechanical components and subassemblies into finished products. The role involves interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, performing foam encapsulation and staking, inspecting assemblies, maintaining a safe work environment, and communicating issues. Previous mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred, along with blueprint-reading, hand and power-tool proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. The position offers a $45,000–$48,000 salary based on experience, medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid time off, holidays, and a 9/80 work schedule.
