Description
The Mechanical Assembler performs production assembly and related operations in explosive-handling areas, including weighing and pressing inert and energetic materials, inert assembly, minor cabling, potting, tinning, equipment setup, and installation of subassemblies. The role provides on-the-job training, requires English proficiency, and may require offsite JSTD training. No formal education is required, but one year of industry assembly experience and soldering experience are preferred; overtime may be required, and the position requires lifting up to 50 pounds. U.S. citizenship is required because of U.S. Government contractual requirements.
