Collins Aerospace is hiring an onsite Mechanical Assembler I for its West Building in Burnsville, Minnesota, on a Monday–Thursday 4x10 second-shift schedule from 3:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. The role performs routine and repetitive aerospace assembly, inspection, testing, labeling, preparation for shipment, and rework; it also provides mentorship to department staff. A high school diploma or GED and U.S. person status are required, while manufacturing experience, CRC certification, and technical-drawing skills are preferred. The starting pay is $21.50 per hour, including shift differential, with medical, dental, and vision insurance among the benefits.
