The Mechanical Assembly Technician assembles mechanical components, sub-assemblies, drawers, chassis, enclosures, and racks from drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics. The role also performs hand soldering, wire harnessing and cabling, circuit and component testing, test-device setup, documentation, and occasional repair work. It requires production and vocational mechanical assembly experience, soldering and cable-harnessing experience, hand-tool and testing-equipment skills, and an HS Diploma or equivalent. The position is 100% onsite in San Diego, California, Monday through Friday from 7:00 to 3:00, with 40 hours per week.
