Ajax Systems is hiring a Mechanical Assembly Engineer for its Automation NPI department. The role involves assembling test, calibration, firmware-programming, and device-assembly equipment; collaborating with mechanical and electronics developers; supporting serial-production problem resolution; improving test stands, fixtures, test blocks, and other custom equipment; and managing a fleet of 3D printers. The position requires equipment-assembly experience, basic SolidWorks knowledge, materials and custom-equipment knowledge, and technical education, with 3D-printing, analog-electronics testing, and prototype-checking experience preferred.
