OPEX Corporation is hiring a full-time Mechanical Assembly Supervisor for its Plano, Texas facility. The role supervises the mechanical assembly department for electro-mechanical machinery, manages employee performance and department productivity, applies lean manufacturing principles, schedules work using Oracle ERP based on resources and production demand, and reads schematics to check equipment. The position requires an associate degree in electronics or mechanical engineering or equivalent experience, 2–4 years of supervisory experience, and mechanical assembly or electronic technician experience. It is performed in a warehouse environment and includes physical activities such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, sitting, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
