EXP is hiring a Building Mechanical Designer in Saguenay to design ventilation, heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and specialized building systems; prepare plans, drawings, specifications, and calculations; coordinate with other disciplines; conduct field surveys; follow up on construction sites; review contractor shop drawings; and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards. The role requires a DEC in mechanical engineering, building-mechanics training, or a related discipline, at least seven years of relevant experience, Revit and AutoCAD proficiency, French communication skills, and a valid driver's license and ASP Construction card.
