Description
The Mechanical Commissioning Technician supports the startup, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems in mission-critical data center facilities. The role oversees HVAC, chilled water, cooling towers, pumps, piping, mechanical plant, fire, life-safety, and related systems; prepares commissioning reports; inspects installations; reviews shop drawings and submittals; coordinates with trade partners and project managers; and ensures compliance with OSHA and site safety standards. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of MEP experience, experience with mission-critical or large-scale commercial projects, and 100% travel. It is scheduled Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., with possible overtime.
