Winthrop Technologies, a leading data center delivery partner headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking a Mechanical Construction Manager. This site-based role involves overseeing complex mechanical building services works for major data center projects, reporting to the Mechanical Project Manager. Key responsibilities include managing client communications, preparing method statements and risk assessments, sequencing mechanical installations, handling commercial aspects like technical procurement and scope change documentation, monitoring the two-week look-ahead program, planning labor resources, ensuring high-quality workmanship, identifying variations and delays, verifying material compliance, and adhering to health, safety, environmental, and governance standards.
